- From the Orders page, create a counter order for walk-in customers.

- The order is fired to the kitchen and settled in one flow.
Viewing F&B Reports
- Navigate to Reports from the F&B module.
- View sales summaries and performance metrics.
- Filter by date range to analyze specific periods.
Permissions and Access
Access to F&B features depends on your role:
- Viewing orders and menu requires F&B access permission.
- Managing menu, recipes, and tables requires menu management permission.
- Kitchen staff typically need access to the KDS and order firing.
- Floor staff need access to orders and table management.
If you cannot see the F&B module or certain actions are unavailable, contact your company administrator to review your role permissions.
Known Limitations
- F&B settlement accounting posting is best-effort after the settlement transaction. If posting fails, the order is still settled but the accounting entry may need manual review.
- Tax separation on F&B settlement is not fully implemented. The current posting uses total sale revenue rather than separate tax liability lines.
- Some recipe features may have limited functionality.
- Broader report and display consistency may still need review.
MISSING Items
- Recipe cost calculation based on ingredient prices.
- Online reservation booking for customers.
- Split bill functionality for table orders.
- Modifier and add-on management for menu items.
UNCERTAIN Items
- Exact behavior when F&B settlement accounting posting fails (whether a retry mechanism exists).
- Whether recipe ingredient deduction handles unit of measure conversions.
- How KDS ticket status updates are synchronized across multiple kitchen displays.
